How long does shipping take?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer international shipping on select products, including our Smart Automatic Pet Feeder with Live Video – International Edition, which is designed for global use.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.
Products & Compatibility
What Wi-Fi does the feeder require?
Most of our smart feeders work on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Some models also support 5GHz. Please check the individual product page for compatibility details.
Is the app available for both iOS and Android?
Yes! Our smart feeders are compatible with both iOS and Android devices. Download the corresponding app listed on your product's packaging or product page.
What happens if the power goes out?
Many of our feeders include a battery backup feature, so your pet's feeding schedule continues uninterrupted even during a power outage. Look for this feature on the product page.
Can I use the feeder for both cats and dogs?
Yes! Our feeders are suitable for both cats and dogs. We recommend choosing a capacity (3L, 4L, or 5L) based on your pet's size and feeding frequency.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
How do I start a return?
Visit our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days. You'll be notified by email when your refund has been issued.
Are there any items that can't be returned?
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. All other items are eligible for return within the 30-day window in original condition.
I'm in the EU — do I have additional rights?
Yes! EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! Select products include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please refer to the individual product page for warranty details, or contact us for assistance.
